Create a new account

How to Shop
Your web browser must have "cookies" enabled and JavaScript enabled.
Enter the quantity of product you wish to place in your shopping cart and click "ADD TO ORDER"
The product will then be placed in your shopping cart.
Editing Your Shopping Cart
At any time during the shopping process you may add, edit or delete your shopping cart.
Click the "View Order" icon at the top right of the page to add, edit or delete a quantity in the shopping bag.
Edit the quantity in the box and click "CONTINUE SHOPPING" or "CHECKOUT"
Update Your Account
Click "Sign-In / Create Account " link in the upper right corner of every screen
Make the necessary adjustments and click "Save."
Check Out
Click on the "Checkout" link in the upper right hand corner on any page. Enter your Login and password if you already have an account. You can also place an order without an Account by clicking "Place Order Without Account" link. Enter and review the Ship to: and Bill to: information then click "Continue." Select a Free Sample Kit and click "Continue" Review the items and quantities in your order, enter a Promo code if you have one, and sewlect a Ship Method and Credit Card type, then click "Continue" Enter your First Name and Last Name as it appears on your credit card, the Card number, expiration Date and CVV number (the 3 or 4 digit number displayed on the front or back of your credit card.) then click the button "Click Only Once to Submit Order" button. After submitting your order, you will see displayed an invoice and order number and you will receive an email order confirmation.

Shipment Status
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours Monday-Friday. Orders received after 2pm EST on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and all major holidays will be processed within 24 hours of the following business day.
We reserve the right to hold an order up to 48 hours before shipping. You will be notified if there is an issue.
Where's my order?
Your orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. You may call our toll free # at 1-866-826-1615 to check the status of a shipment. Please have your order number available when calling.
Cancel an Order
Please call 1-866-826-1615 to cancel a purchase.
Please note: If an order has been shipped we can not cancel the order.

Shipping & Handling Methods - We offer the following shipping methods and fees.
Fedex 2nd Day Weekdays ONLY with 2PM ET cutoff $17.00
Fedex Ground $0.00
Fedex Residential Ground $0.00
Fedex Standard Overnight Weekdays ONLY with 2PM ET cutoff $28.00
Some methods may not be applicable to your shipping area.
Express orders are processed the same day if the order is received prior to 2pm ET.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How can I return an item I purchased?
To return or exchange merchandise, please contact customer service within 30 days via email customer_service@caudalie-usa.com or by telephone to 1-866-826-1615 to request a return authorization. Product(s) must be returned in their original containers and packaging and enclose your receipt (noting on the front side the reason for your return and the action you wish taken). Return/Exchange Restrictions
Please note: Only items purchased on Caudalie-USA.com may be accepted for a return or exchange.
We will not refund or exchange any items purchased at a store location.
Only items purchased are refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
What if an item is damaged?
If an item is broken or damaged in transit, please contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement.
Items will not be replaced after 30 days.
